- Creation of the IOP Chair in February 2021: We mark the beginning of an institutional commitment to research and education in oncology.
- Creation of 13 Associate Professor positions: The faculty and academic staff are strengthened to improve education and research.
- 11 supervised PhD students: A strong commitment to training young researchers in the field of cancer, ensuring a new generation of scientists.
- 3 doctoral theses completed: Intensive research work of three students, contributing to scientific knowledge in oncology.
- 4 editions of the "Molecular Tumor Board" held: Approach to precision medicine and multidisciplinary discussions to improve cancer treatment and management.
- 1st Hereditary Cancer Conference: It allows us to understand and approach to the genetic and hereditary aspects of cancer, promoting prevention and early detection.
- 1st Statistics-Radiotherapy Oncology Course (HCB)
- 4 courses supporting the Master’s in Senology – MODULE I: Research, Biostatistics, and Molecular Biology of Breast Cancer
- 1st Edition of the GenAI Health Hack
- 24 accredited training activities: Commitment to continuous education and professional development in oncology.
- 1 endorsed position statement: Possibility of influencing policies or practices based on scientific evidence and clinical knowledge.
- Endorsement/Organization of 3 Pre-doctoral Scholarship Calls (80,000 €): 4 winning students (3 women and 1 man). It promotes gender equality and providing financial support to young researchers to carry out their thesis.
